If you are looking for a truly luxurious experience during your runDisney race weekend, then the Four Seasons Orlando can’t be beat! In fact, you may not even want to leave the resort! Located on Walt Disney World property, this resort has received the coveted AAA Five Diamond Award.
Located between Magic Kingdom and Epcot, this luxury resort offers views of the nighttime shows at both parks. (In fact, you may even catch a glimpse of the fireworks at Hollywood Studios too!) A luxury motor coach will take you to and from the Disney parks.
The Four Seasons offers the largest rooms, starting at 500 square feet. The rooms overlook the Golden Oak property, a nearby lake, or even the theme parks. Each room includes a private balcony and a marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub and glassed-in shower. Want an even more luxurious experience? Reserve one of the many suites, ranging from 825 square feet (with two bathrooms), to the complete top floor, including the nine-bedroom Royal Suite, four-bedroom Presidential Suite and eight additional guest rooms!
When it comes to recreation, the Four Seasons has much to offer. Explorer Island includes a family pool, splash zone, lazy river, and water slide, along with an area for beach volleyball, basketball, table tennis, pool, and even a place to play board and video games. For the adults that want a little escape, an adult-only pool is available, with an adjacent jacuzzi.
A complimentary Kids’ Camp is available daily from 9 am to 5 pm for children ages 4 to 12. This is a great option when the adults want to spend some time in the 13,000 square foot spa! The spa offers various services such as touch, body, or facial therapies and salon services. There are even treatments for kids!
The Four Seasons offers four restaurants, along with two bars. Capa is located on the rooftop and offers gourmet tapas in the evening. Ravello is open for breakfast and dinner, and runners will enjoy the Italian dinner specialties before their big race. On select mornings, Ravello also offers a character breakfast, where Goofy and his pals stop by! PB&G is open for lunch, including southern comfort food. Plancha offers a lakeside setting during the midday hours, with a Cuban flair.
During a runDisney race weekend, the Four Seasons offers a place of relaxation. However, none of the race courses are near the resort, and you must provide your own transportation to the Expo and races (or use the town car service available to Four Seasons guests for an additional charge).
If you book through Glass Slipper Concierge, an affiliate of Sanborn’s Travel, Virtuoso amenities can also be applied to your reservation!
